The pond is lined up with wet paper. Drizzle fell throughout the day which we welcomed as it soaked the paper that we placed. Some paper John smeared with mud and stuck to the walls along the steep areas.
In the centre of the pond we put down a piece of old carpet underlay which we found under the house at home, much easier to use than loose leaf paper.
The tractor was useful in lifting the liner roll into place, my lame rope work which slipped a bit actually made it east to lay down the roll in the right place.
